The project site is located near Nam Van Lake with a triangular layout. The Tribunal de Segunda Instância building is 23 meters high, with five floors and underground car park. It has a steel structure pedestrian bridge to connect to the existing building. The design of the building continues the modernist architectural style of the three important buildings nearby, with a dignified and low-profile facade.
