The renovation project is located in the Saint Lazarus area. The groups of historic buildings are classified as immovable properties (historical architecture)and in the ensembles category in Macau. The project included two historical buildings at the Rua Sanches de Miranda Nº3 and Nº5-7 with preserved facades and totally renewed inside. Now, they are used as Departamento do Património Cultural de Instituto Cultural e Conselho do Património Cultural and 10Fantasia (a creative industries incubator).
