The project site is located near the Ruins of Saint Paul. This project preserves and renovates the original facade and rebuilds the building. On the front elevation, the old and new parts of the building can be clearly distinguished but remain coordinated. The new part of the facade uses contemporary styles and materials, and the color of the materials is in harmony with the retained old facade.
