It is an athlete dormitory project at Taipa for the 4th East Asian Games. The building then became a student dormitory for the University of Macau(UM) with a canteen, studio, and library. It adopts a contemporary design style, shows an exploration of Bauhaus’s theories of three colors and geometric elements, and designs the window opening and sunshade based on the use of needs. The design gives active, creative, and fresh feelings to the facade, which enhances the campus atmosphere. Now, it is an academic building of the Macao University of Tourism(UTM).
