The project is located near Nam Van Lake. The building is the venue for the Forum between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries. The whole venue includes an exhibition center, a business service center, an information center, an exhibition hall, a training center, and other functions. The design of the building is based on the contemporary architectural style that is simple, harmonious, and dignified.
